Effective date: 2026-04-15

This Privacy Policy explains the categories of data HagiCode may process when providing hagicode.com and all of its subdomain sites, software download guidance, support channels, and related product experiences, along with the purposes, retention approach, and rights available to you.

Depending on how you interact with HagiCode, we may process:

  • Access and device information, such as browser type, operating system, visited pages, referrer links, timestamps, coarse region, and device identifiers;
  • Usage behavior data, such as page views, time on page, clicks, scroll activity, session recordings, and aggregate analytics used to understand hagicode.com and all of its subdomain sites together with related product pages;
  • Support and communication information, such as your name, email address, issue description, log excerpts, or attachments that you voluntarily submit through email, issues, community channels, or forms; and
  • Download and configuration context, such as the installation guides, download entries, preset files, or release notes you access to help us understand documentation and release quality.

We process that information to:

  • provide and maintain hagicode.com and all of its subdomain sites, download entry points, and support channels;
  • understand which pages, setup steps, or product explanations need improvement;
  • troubleshoot site errors, download issues, compatibility failures, and security risks;
  • respond to your questions, support requests, feedback, or complaints; and
  • satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, enforcement, or platform security requirements when necessary.

The current HagiCode hagicode.com property and all of its subdomain sites may touch relevant data through:

  • site access logs and basic request metadata;
  • Microsoft Clarity or comparable page analytics used to understand reading flow and interaction hotspots;
  • 51LA or comparable traffic analytics used to understand traffic trends and referrers; and
  • support information you voluntarily send to support@hagicode.com or GitHub Issues.

If the HagiCode desktop client, backend services, or third-party AI integrations process additional data in separate product contexts, those details are documented in the relevant product materials, settings, or third-party terms.

We retain data for reasonable periods based on operational need, legal obligations, and security requirements:

  • analytics data is generally kept in aggregate form or under the default retention rules of the analytics provider;
  • support emails, issue reports, and troubleshooting records are retained while needed to resolve issues, audit communications, or satisfy legal duties; and
  • some logs and support records may be kept longer when necessary for security, abuse prevention, compliance retention, or dispute resolution.
  • some data may be hosted, processed, transferred, backed up, or otherwise handled through Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or related infrastructure capabilities, which means the relevant data may move between different countries or regions.

When data is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it, anonymize it, or allow it to expire under the platform’s default retention rules.

HagiCode may rely on third-party infrastructure, analytics providers, code hosting platforms, email services, or AI service vendors. Those parties process data only as needed to deliver their services and remain subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

In current or future product and site operations, we may have certain data processed or otherwise handled through cloud infrastructure such as Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud. That means data may be transferred across different countries or regions for storage, backup, log analysis, troubleshooting, content delivery, or service orchestration.

Where reasonably practical, we use relevant data in anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified form for operational analysis, service improvement, stability work, and security protection. However, you understand and agree that we cannot fully prevent, control, or guarantee that cloud providers, infrastructure paths, or cross-region transfers will always remain within a single country or region.

When you use third-party integrations, you should also review the relevant provider policies to understand their own processing and cross-border transfer practices.

If you cannot accept this cloud-based processing, cross-border transfer, or related anonymized use of data, do not download, install, access, or continue using HagiCode products, services, or hagicode.com and any of its subdomain sites.

To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request to:

  • know whether we hold personal information related to you;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • delete information that is no longer required or that you are otherwise entitled to have erased;
  • restrict or object to certain processing activities; and
  • obtain further explanation regarding a support communication or complaint.

Where a request affects account security, legal obligations, system security, abuse prevention, or third-party platform limits, we may need to verify identity first or retain limited data as permitted by law.

If the HagiCode site capabilities, analytics tooling, contact channels, or compliance requirements change, we may update this Privacy Policy. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
